Most clients begin with a QuickBooks Health Review before starting Rescue work. The Health Review gives a clear diagnosis of your file, so when cleanup begins your support hours go directly into fixing problems rather than searching for them. You can still book Rescue on its own, but be aware that some of your purchased time may be used to identify issues first.
